Applied Nutrition, is the career that I chose to study in the modality of
open distance education, for two main reasons; The first one interests me to
take care of my health and my near beings, and I intend to do it from the food,
since the main causes of death in our country (Mexico) are diseases related to
the overweight (Diabetes and hypertension), the second reason Is to work
independently, that is to say, to set up my practice, to be an entrepreneur my
own boss and owner of my time, since I want to combine my facet of mother with
the profession without neglecting the education and training of my daughter.
